Anxiety is skipping 3 breaths and a heart beat at once, your throat clogs up whilst your chest gets tighter, it’s when the pain rushes to your head causing you visual loss, you can’t breath you feel faint, your muscles tense up and spasm until they lock into place U can feel the blood racing through your body temperature rising whilst causing you to physically shut down
Now times that by 10 and that’s an anxiety attack
This can be at any point of the day, any time in any place
It’s brought on by triggers could be something as small as a word that re lives a memory, a smell even a tv programme
Busy places, loud people it happens randomly
